We created the concept for and delivered, the UK’s first pop up restaurant tour bring to life the launch of the Ceviche recipe book to enhance a book signing tour.

The tour saw the Ceviche team head out on the road to 10 locations around the country (Aldeburgh,Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Padstow, North Shields, Manchester, Ludlow, Loch Fyne and Edinburgh), taking over restaurants and food spaces and hosting a pop up dining experience.

The team kept a video tour diary and brought Peruvian food to people and places who’d never experienced the cuisine previously. The event management involved site visits across the UK, council and local authority licensing clearance and souring local suppliers for seasonal ingredients.
